About Delaware Valley Cyber Technologies
Delaware Valley Cyber Technologies was created to give small medical practices, collection agencies, and local businesses access to the kind of security thinking usually reserved for large enterprises— without the inflated price tag or canned “one size fits all” solutions.
Our Story
As technology, compliance requirements, and cyber threats kept evolving, one thing became obvious: smaller organizations were being asked to meet the same standards as larger enterprises, but without the budgets, staff, or expertise. Delaware Valley Cyber Technologies was founded to close that gap.
We focus on practical, right-sized solutions—risk assessments, HIPAA and GLBA readiness, secure web development, and ongoing advisory support—that fit the realities of small practices and businesses. No scare tactics, no overselling, just clear guidance and secure implementations.
Our approach is simple: understand your environment, identify the real risks, and design changes that your team can actually maintain. That mix of technical depth, regulatory awareness, and real-world practicality is at the heart of everything we do.
About Keith Rambo
Delaware Valley Cyber Technologies is led by Keith Rambo, a cybersecurity and technology professional with more than 20 years of experience across information technology, secure web development, and leadership in complex organizations.
Keith's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) with a concentration in Web Development and an Advanced Software Development Certificate, along with a Master's Degree in Cybersecurity. This combination of software and security training allows him to bridge the gap between building systems and properly protecting them.
Over the years, Keith has designed and maintained websites, applications, and infrastructure for local businesses and organizations, while also working in environments where regulatory compliance and data protection are non-negotiable. That background directly informs the work he now does with medical practices, collection agencies, and other small businesses that handle sensitive information every day.
Clients appreciate Keith's ability to explain complex risk and compliance issues in plain language, map them to realistic action plans, and stay engaged as a long-term partner instead of a one-and-done vendor.
